Her broadcast career includes working at major television stations across the country including CBS 4 in Denver, Colorado. In 2006, she was named the Colorado Association of Black Journalist “Journalist of the Year”. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado, school of JMC, teaching broadcast writing.
